WENDY LEEDS

Wendy Leeds is a practicing psychotherapist with both a professional and a personal interest in finding ways to help women deal with their anxiety. A three-time cancer survivor, she knows what it’s like to live with the kind of worry and fear that make the smallest things in life difficult.

Wendy's aim is to create a calm, centered, and joyful life – for herself and for others. She has assembled a practical collection of tools and techniques for dealing with anxiety – with or without medication. She uses many of these techniques in battling her own anxiety, and is passionate about sharing them with others.

Her first book, Calm & Sense: A Woman's Guide to Living Anxiety-Free, is a handbook of these techniques, along with her podcast (Anxiety Connection) and mini-course (Why You're Anxious & What to Do About It).
