Wendy's aim is to create a calm, centered, and joyful life – for herself and for others. She has assembled a practical collection of tools and techniques for dealing with anxiety – with or without medication. She uses many of these techniques in battling her own anxiety, and is passionate about sharing them with others.
Her first book, Calm & Sense: A Woman's Guide to Living Anxiety-Free, is a handbook of these techniques, along with her podcast (Anxiety Connection) and mini-course (Why You're Anxious & What to Do About It). Wendy is presently working on her second book, The Anxiety Equation.
