Are you anxious?

While the pandemic has been hard on all of us, studies show that the stress and worry of the last two years has made women almost twice as anxious as men.

Women have taken on new roles and assumed extra responsibilities, including child care, home schooling, and extra household chores. And, sadly, women tend to more often be the target of domestic violence and emotional abuse. I want you to know...

...You're not alone.

Calm & Sense: A Woman's Guide to Living Anxiety-Free

While women have always been more likely to be diagnosed with anxiety than men, the pandemic has made it worse. The extra burdens and worries since the onset of the pandemic have left women struggling even more with heightened anxiety and the consequences of that stress and fear.

Calm & Sense answers these concerns with compassion and pragmatism. Written by an anxious woman for anxious women, the book addresses how and why women are more anxious. It explores how anxiety impacts our lives and it offers women everywhere a tool kit of practical techniques for confronting these worries.
